At Pawaboo, we want you and your furry friend to be delighted with every purchase. We proudly stand behind the quality of our pet products. If something isn’t quite right or if you need a different size or style, we’re here to help!
RETURNS
To start a return, please visit our Returns Center.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition as received.

It must be returned within 60 days of the original shipping date.
📦 Return Time Frames:

Within 30 days: Full refund (excluding shipping fees)

31–60 days: Store credit only

After 60 days: Returns are not accepted
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned merchandise. Any applicable sales tax will also be refunded.
🚚 Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged. In that case, we will gladly provide a free return label.
🛏 Dog Beds with Inserts:
Dog beds can be bulky and costly to return. Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering to ensure you choose the right size.
EXCHANGES
We’re happy to offer direct exchanges to make shopping with Pawaboo even more convenient.
If you’d like to exchange an item:

You may initiate a return for your new, unused item via our Returns Center

You’ll receive a coupon for free exchange shipping during the process

To get a different product or color, simply place a new order after the return is processed
